DJ Rohimo

DJ Rohimo began his journey into DJing about 20 years ago, inspired by a recommendation from a friend. With a deep curiosity for all forms of art—ranging from architecture, fashion, and contemporary dance to music—his sets are rooted in piano and keyboard-driven house, ambient, and electronica. This musical direction may well be influenced by his early childhood experiences with the piano.

Known for his ability to read the room and curate music accordingly, he shares: “I want to convey the fun I sense from the environment I’m playing in and the vibe of the guests.” This philosophy of mutual enjoyment—benefitting the space, the people, and himself—shines through in his sets.

20年ほど前に知人からの薦めでDJを始めたのだと語るDJ Rohimo。アート、建築、ファッション、コンテンポラリーダンス、そして音楽。あらゆる芸術に興味を持つ彼がスピンするのはピアノやキーボードを中心としたハウス、アンビエント、エレクトロニカ。
幼少時代に始めたピアノに強く影響されているのかもしれない。その場の空気をうまく読んで選曲。「プレイする環境、ゲストの雰囲気、そこから自分がくみ取った楽しさを伝えたい。」そんな三方良しの哲学を紡いで音にする、彼の人柄溢れる心地よいサウンドをお楽しみ下さい。
