Jonny Mons

Raised in LA’s backlot, the San Fernando Valley, Jonny fell in love with drivetime radio, with stations like KPFK and KCRW informing his across the board approach.

Radio was a recurring theme for Jonny.

After some time at KCRW, Jonny opened up NTS’s Los Angeles station, where he’s held a residency for 7 years. Meanwhile, Jonny built a reputation as an integral club DJ in the Southland, playing house, downtempo, synth-pop, techno, Balearic and other obscurities sourced from Southern California’s warren of record stores.

By day, Jonny is the buyer for In Sheep’s Clothing Hifi—the shop on Fairfax Ave.

Whether he’s in the shop, on the radio or behind the decks, Jonny tirelessly serves up unexpected gems to all who listen.

Kins

Kins is a dj and record collector born and raised in Altadena now living in Lincoln Heights. Her dj sets spans a wide range of sounds while paying respects to the Detroit and Chicago roots of techno and house music. Whether she’s playing in a bar, warehouse, or radio slot, you can expect to hear something new that makes you move.
