Led by Dan from Rock Oyster Depot, discover the concept of merroir, how an oyster’s environment and care shape its unique flavour and texture. Taste your way through around eight different oysters, with the option to purchase more afterwards. Perfect for lovers of fresh seafood and curious palates alike.
