Wine Dinner with Achillée & Pépin at KŌSA
On Wednesday, May 14 at 7pm, we’re hosting a special evening at KŌSA with Achillée and Pépin — natural wine makers from Alsace, the birthplace of biodynamic farming. Achillée’s wines are rooted in organic practices and living soils, while Pépin brings a fresh, modern take through their négociant approach.
Join us for a night of French flavors, stories, and thoughtfully paired wines — all in the spirit of good food, good people, and good wine.

5月5日「こどもの日」はLong Weekend。ロサンゼルスの「Leaving Records」からCollobohとGEMをお招きし、サイケデリックで浮遊感のあるサウンドをお届けします。 Close out Golden Week on a higher plane with far-out sounds from LA’s Leaving Records. Colloboh ナイジェリア出身のロサンゼルスを拠点とする実験的なプロデューサー兼作曲家。モジュラーシンセサイザーを使った音楽で知られている。自己流で音楽を学んだ彼は、InstagramでシェアしたDIYの録音日記を通じて注目を集め、熱心なオンラインのフォロワーを得た。この活動がLeaving Recordsの創設者であるマシュー・デイヴィッドの目に留まり、彼はCollobohに「Listen to Music Outside In The Daylight Under a Tree」というレーベルの月例ショーケースでのパフォーマンスを依頼。 2021年にはボルチモアからロサンゼルスに移住し、音楽に専念するため、同時にロサンゼルスの実験音楽シーンで重要な存在となった。彼のデビューEP『Entity Relation』は2021年にリリースされ、クラブビートに焦点を当てたが、2023年5月5日にLeaving Recordsからリリースされたアルバム『Saana Sahel』は、彼の音楽的野心の幅広さを示している。 Colloboh (a blend of Collins Oboh) is a Nigerian-born, Los Angeles-based experimental producer and composer known for his modular synthesizer work.
