Join us as we roll out our mats in our sun-drenched event space becomes your yoga haven as we team up with Hobnob, Glyfada’s go-to studio for wellness, to bring you an experience that goes beyond the mat. A chance to move with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. This week’s class is led by Maria Archontaki.

Meet your Teacher

Maria Archontaki is a certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor and Wellness Specialist with an MSc in Stress Management & Health Promotion. Since 2017, she has been guiding individuals through mindful movement, breathwork and wellness practices, creating experiences that support physical strength, mental well-being and body awareness.
