Christmas Eve: Jazz Cafe with Jeepers Creepers

Sebastian presents a Christmas Eve of festive jazz with a live duo set by Elisavet Mitsou (guitar and vocals) and Charilaos Pantazis (double bass) of Jeepers Creepers.

Expect the Christmas songs everyone knows, played the swing way, alongside feel-good classics from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.

Elisavet learnt this music in New York, studying with Chris Flory (Benny Goodman Orchestra) and Ed Cherry (Dizzy Gillespie’s band). Since forming Jeepers Creepers in Athens in 2017, she has taken the band to New York and Holland and to festivals from Kardamili to Djangofest Athens. In 2021 they won the Swinging Europe Contest.

On Thursday 24 December, they bring it to the Athenian Riviera. Gather your family and friends around the table, settle in for a set-menu dinner and sing along to the ones you know.
