Sebastian
A bistro along the Riviera, Sebastian embodies the sun-dappled spirit of seaside life. At the confluence of coastal Mediterranean flavors, culture and energy, Sebastian fuses rich culinary tradition with the Michelin-recognized creativity that defines Chef Elvi Zyba’s cooking. The menu draws influence from near and far — Greece, Italy and France — with an emphasis on fresh, natural ingredients. Spirits and fine wines complement the restaurant’s many pleasures, with cocktails curated by the acclaimed, World’s 50 Best Bars-acknowledged mixology team behind Quixotic Projects. Sebastian is located at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens and is open seven days a week.

Sora introduces a fresh perspective on contemporary Pan-Asian dining. Though a new name in the culinary world, Sora is built on a philosophy of Modern Authenticity — a balance between honoring tradition and embracing innovation. This guiding principle is woven through every element of the experience: from the design and atmosphere, to the beverage program, service standards, and most importantly, the cuisine.
