– About
Sahara Grim is a visionary artist, musician and composer. She makes music that is as innovative as it is emotional, holding an eclectic background in bossa nova, classic rock, jazz and Indian classical music. Sahara has recently established a new artistic direction, joining minds with producer & artist Luke Temple in the creation of her upcoming debut album Fable. Active in the underground LA music scene since 2016, Sahara has collaborated with local artists Nailah Hunter and Lionmilk to play on her forthcoming album and has shared bills with The Marías, Charlotte Day Wilson, and Léa Sen among others. Sahara’s ethnic roots in India and Japan are seamlessly interwoven within her musical path, from studying sitar at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, where she received a degree in World Music & Jazz, to performing in venues across Japan.
