Floatingをアンビエント音楽レジデンシーとして迎え、10月から12月までの3か月、毎月1回ロビーライブを開催。第2回目は、ブラジル音楽とLAシーンをつなぐマルチストリングギタリスト、作曲家でありプロデューサーであるFabiano do Nascimento。しばしば「レトロフューチャリスティックなブラジル音楽」と形容されるFabianoの音楽は、サンバやショーロの伝統に根ざしながら、現代ジャズ、実験音楽、電子音楽の要素を巧みに取り入れており、常に進化し続けています。
エースホテル京都のロビーの空間で、どんなサウンドが生み出されるのか、乞うご期待。
Fabiano is a Brazilian multi-string guitarist, composer and producer who has developed his own sound that is ever-expansive, sometimes called retro-futuristic brazilian music, borrowing from the traditions of samba and choro while echoing elements of modern jazz, experimental & electronic.
