今回ダニーが監修するアフタヌーンティーセットは伝統的なイギリスのティーサービスではなく、エースホテル京都のコンセプトである”East Meets West“のアプローチで、ティータイムのコンセプトを日本的、且つモダンに融合。 ロンドンで流行した軽食「ロー・ティー」、そして家族の食事に近い「ハイ・ティー」。 この風習を参考にしてオリジナルのセットメニューを提供します。 フードと共に提供するティーは京都を拠点にお茶の啓蒙に尽力する「7T+」が監修。 和紅茶を中心とした全10種類のティーをご準備し、最初のお茶にはフレッシュティー、最後の締めくくりには抹茶を。 お食事中は、お客様のお好きなティーをお選びいただきペアリングを楽しんで。アフタヌーンティーのディスプレイは、シンプルながらも良質。ティータイムへのまったく新しいアプローチで、発見の連続を演出します。エースホテル京都の新たなアフタヌーンティーセットにご期待ください。

Sanji is a casual afternoon tea ceremony that is light on tradition but steeped in superior tea. Presented by Ace Hotel Kyoto in partnership with esteemed local tea purveyor 7T+and features an inspired culinary spin on high tea fare by Ace Brooklyn`s own pastry chef Danny Alvarez The ceramics used are by the tiny yet mighty team of craftspeople over at POJ Studio. Prizing enjoyment over etiquette, Sanji is an easygoing affair interested in the communal spirit of taking tea.
