Selector of the Week: Frank Massey

About: Frank Massey first studied guitar in Italy and then in California. He released his first solo album Funky Nights in 2021, available for streaming on all major platforms. The album is the result of a collaboration with Jazz saxophonist Les Arbuckle (Mike Stern, John Abercrombie, Brian Setzer…) and also features Argentinian drummer Bernardo Yacono. He Graduated from from the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media, Duluth, Georgia, in 2023, with an Associate Degree in Music and Technology, with a guitar concentration. He is versed in music theory, reading and writing music, composition, production, sound processing, and performance. He has an extensive engineering education and is an Avid Pro Tools user certified.
