Pasta Kaiseki at Mr. Maurice’s Italian

Join us at Mr. Maurice’s Italian for a very special one-night-only dinner, Pasta Kaiseki, on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Our partner chef, Marc Vetri—known as a “flour magician”—is coming to Kyoto from Philadelphia, where he runs Fiorella, his beloved pasta bar. For this special evening, he’ll bring the spirit of Fiorella together with the Japanese tradition of kaiseki: enjoying one dish at a time, with good food, drinks, and conversation.

The 10-course pasta menu will feature a variety of Marc’s signature ideas and techniques, with each dish finished right in front of you. Marc will also share the stories, ingredients, and inspiration behind each plate as you enjoy the meal.

With just 12 seats available, this will be a relaxed and intimate evening to get up close with the chef and discover just how many ways pasta can be enjoyed.

「Mr. Maurice’s Italian（ミスター・モーリスズ・イタリアン）」では、監修シェフであり、“小麦粉の魔術師”と称されるマーク・ヴェトリの来京に合わせ、彼自身がフィラデルフィアで手がける数あるレストランのパスタバー「Fiorella（フィオレッラ）」のフィロソフィーと、料理を一皿ずつ味わいながら会話やお酒を楽しむ日本の“会席”のスタイルを融合させた、全10皿の特別なパスタコースを2026年10月8日（木）、一夜限りのスペシャルディナー「Pasta Kaiseki（パスタ会席）」として開催します。

わずか12名のゲストを迎え、マークが一皿ずつゲストの目の前で仕上げながら、料理に込めた発想や素材、調理法について自ら語ります。シェフとの会話とともに、パスタの多彩な表現を間近で体験できる、一夜限りの親密なダイニング体験です。
