Eater presents Breakfast for Dinner with Golden Diner in The Demo Kitchen

Eater is thrilled to welcome chef Sam Yoo of Golden Diner to the Demo Kitchen.

Chef Sam Yoo of Golden Diner will take guests through an immersive workshop featuring fan-favorite dishes, such as the Chinatown Egg & Cheese Sando featured in Eater’s first ever cookbook. 

He will be joined in conversation by Eater’s editor-in-chief Stephanie Wu and Chef Justin Lee of Fat Choy.

 

 

Eater: 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes’ from the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters celebrates America’s iconic restaurants with must-eat recipes from the most popular and influential dining establishments across the country, from the best street carts to pillars of fine dining and everywhere in between.

Copies of the book will be available onsite for attendees to purchase.
