Our friends at Cherry Bombe have curated a delightful weekend featuring many tasty cookbooks. They’ve also collaborated with our chefs at As You Are to showcase a few dishes in a special prix fixe menu for you. Indulge in a three-course dinner with recipes from the newly released cookbooks of Tanya Holland (California Soul), Odette Williams (Simple Pasta), Andrea Pons (Mamacita) and Mariana Velásquez (Colombiana).
